Pursuant
to the Sex
Offender
Registration and Notification Act, the release of sex
offender
registration information is limited to those individuals
convicted of certain sex
offenses on or after July 1,1995, or those individuals
convicted of a sex
offense prior to that date and were incarcerated or on
probation/parole as of that date. The integrity and
accuracy of the information is based on the information
provided at the time a sex
offender
registers. Address information is subject to frequent
change. Information is updated when a sex
offender
registers, re-registers, after moving or following annual
renewal;
however, you are cautioned that the information contained
in this search may not reflect the current residence,
status, or other information regarding the offender.

comparison, there is no guarantee an individual identified
in the response is in fact the individual in question.
Offenders
Required to Register: All sex
offenders,
eighteen years of age or older, convicted on or after July
1, 1995 AND all sex
offenders
convicted prior to July 1, 1995 who on that date were
incarcerated, on probation or parole.
Information
Collected: Aliases, date of birth, social
security number, place of employment, conviction, date and
place of conviction, photo, fingerprints, and any
distinguishing features, e.g. tattoos or scars.
Timeframe
for Registration: 10 days after release, 10 days
after coming into the state, 10 days after changing
residences.
Applies
to Out of State Offenders: Yes
Duration
of Requirement: 10 to 20 years, depending upon
charges.
Verification
of Address: Yes.
Penalties
for Non-Compliance: 4th degree felony. One year
prison sentence for non-compliance.
